Planning, Policy and Asset Management

The Planning, Policy and Asset Management Technical Advisory Group determines research needs and priorities for designing and developing mechanisms and policies to better integrate and coordinate the delivery of programs and services for pavement, bridges and other managed assets while mitigating potential risk and developing transportation policies that further the mission of the department.

The contact and Planning, Policy and Asset Management TAG chair is Michael Vanderhoof, who serves Illinois Department of Transportation’s Office of Planning and Programming in the Bureau of Planning.
